Senior Product Data Specialist (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves enhancing and ensuring the quality of product data within the EMEA region as part of a migration program. The position requires expertise in data syndication, particularly with InRiver or Salsify PIM systems, and focuses on maintaining data accuracy and completeness for product launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management and integrity, specifically with PIM systems like InRiver or Salsify.
• Experience in ecommerce or retail environments, particularly with multi-country platforms.

Responsibilities

• Validate product data to ensure completeness and accuracy across core systems, adhering to QA processes for ecommerce platforms.
• Coordinate with data owners to resolve discrepancies and maintain consistency across systems.
• Identify opportunities for data quality improvements and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify data requests and resolve data-related issues in alignment with launch schedules.
• Create and manage reports on product data status and launch progress.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data management tools, including dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with various data management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to identify discrepancies in data.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with both business and technical stakeholders.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in data management or a related field.
