Senior Product Data Specialist (Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the quality and accuracy of product data within the EMEA region as part of a migration program. The specialist will ensure data completeness and support the timely launch of new products across various regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management and integrity concepts, particularly with PIM data.
• Strong understanding of Amazon's PIM processes and experience with Vendor Central.

Responsibilities

• Validate product data to ensure completeness and accuracy across core systems, adhering to QA processes.
• Coordinate with data owners to rectify discrepancies and maintain consistency across systems.
• Identify opportunities for data quality improvement and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify data requests and resolve data-related issues in alignment with launch schedules.
• Create and manage detailed reports on product data status and launch progress.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data management tools, including dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with various data management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to identify discrepancies in data.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in data management or a related field is preferred.
