Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Banking Product Managers to establish key performance indicators and influence product roadmaps.
• Conduct in-depth analyses on user activation, transaction velocity, retention, and feature adoption.
• Manage and enhance analytical datasets and core Banking KPIs for reliability and scalability.
• Develop actionable dashboards and mentor junior analysts to promote a data-driven culture.
• Contribute to the evolution of internal analytics standards and best practices.
