Job summary

You will collaborate with product leadership, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to shape technology roadmaps and guide architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Architect, Solution Architect, or in a similar role within a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong background in architecture across applications, integrations, and business capabilities.
• Experience in shaping technology strategy and architectural direction.
• Deep understanding of modern application and integration landscapes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and guide decisions across business, product, and technology teams.
• Experience leading architectural discussions and achieving alignment among multiple stakeholders.
• Track record of translating business needs into scalable technology outcomes.
• Understanding of how architecture creates business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the architectural direction for the Innovation & Product Development landscape.
• Lead the architectural direction of the digital innovation platform and support its adoption.
• Establish architecture principles, roadmaps, and technology direction to support innovation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and technical teams.
• Drive architecture decisions across applications, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term objectives.
• Coach teams in architectural thinking and solution design.
• Foster alignment across Innovation, Product Development, and Enterprise Technology teams.
