Qualifications

  • Proven experience in People Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience in designing and implementing enterprise development strategies and scalable approaches.
  • Ability to translate business priorities into capability-building initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • A collaborative and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with enterprise capability building and large-scale initiatives is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the global People Development strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Build enterprise capabilities and skills to support organizational performance and growth.
  • Scale capability-building approaches and development architecture across the organization.
  • Drive a modern development ecosystem that integrates capability building into daily work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create integrated development experiences.
  • Define success measures and utilize data to improve impact and outcomes.

  • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in relevant fields.

Tools
