Senior NLP Engineer (Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on developing advanced AI systems for social and conversational products, emphasizing the design and enhancement of language models for engaging interactions. The position is research-driven and production-oriented, allowing for significant influence over the lifecycle of large language models (LLMs).

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with training and fine-tuning large language models in both production and research settings.
• Proven track record in building agentic pipelines and orchestration systems for LLMs.
• In-depth knowledge of transformer architectures, PyTorch, and contemporary NLP/ML libraries.
• Familiarity with alignment techniques such as RLHF and DPO.
• Background in backend or systems engineering, preferably using Python, Go, or C#.
• Experience in AI-focused companies or research-oriented product teams is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and a mindset geared towards experimentation and practical application of research.
• Desirable: experience with multimodal models and distributed training on large datasets.
