Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management (On-site)

Job summary

This role involves leading a team to enhance analytics capabilities within Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and translating insights into commercial impact in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in RGM, pricing, strategy, finance, or management consulting.
• Proven experience in leading, coaching, or mentoring team members.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel modeling and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience with large datasets and ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx or similar).
• Ability to lead projects and drive outcomes in complex environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with interest in retail or consumer goods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts to link analytics to commercial impact.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing commercial decisions through insights.
• Manage end-to-end RGM initiatives, from problem definition to implementation.
• Identify and communicate commercial insights and recommendations.
• Shape RGM capabilities with data-driven recommendations for strategic and tactical decisions.
• Enhance competitor intelligence and automate insight generation.
• Drive consistency and best practices in RGM processes across markets.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Promotions teams to enhance RGM performance.
