Responsibilities

• Oversee the orchestration of the One Learning Plan (OLP) portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational capability priorities.
• Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles for the OLP.
• Maintain a clear view of prioritized capabilities to meet resource, time, and budget requirements.
• Manage budgets effectively, directing resources to high-impact initiatives and measuring ROI.
• Provide data, insights, and reporting to support leadership discussions on organizational readiness.
• Identify and manage risks, capacity constraints, and priority conflicts.
• Strengthen vendor management and ensure investments yield maximum value.
• Continuously improve governance and planning processes for the OLP.
