Senior Manager, Investments & Transactions (Industrial Real Estate, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This full-time, office-based position involves leading strategic real estate transactions and investment analysis within the industrial real estate sector. The role is based in Copenhagen and requires collaboration with global teams to optimize the real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in industrial and logistics real estate.
• Experience in capital markets transaction management, including negotiation and due diligence.
• Strong knowledge of investment valuation and financial analysis techniques, including advanced financial modeling.
• Relevant education in finance, business, or real estate (e.g., MRICS).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial underwriting and investment analysis for acquisitions, developments, and disposals.
• Develop financial models for lease-versus-own decisions and portfolio optimization.
• Manage end-to-end execution of real estate transactions, coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Monitor global industrial and logistics real estate market trends and maintain relationships with industry participants.

Skills

• Proficient in conducting deep financial analysis and presenting findings to senior management.

Education
