Qualifications

• Several years of experience in leading and developing teams, particularly in data, analytics, or related fields within complex organizations.
• Master’s-level education or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of leading change and delivering results, with and without formal authority.
• Strong understanding of data governance and management, and how data, technology, and AI create business value.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Global mindset and strong proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing international team focused on data.
• Drive and maintain the organization’s Data & Analytics strategy, including governance, platforms, and user adoption.
• Design and implement an enterprise-wide data governance operating model.
• Promote data fluency and support proactive, data-driven decision-making across functions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate the importance of data quality and context.
• Innovate the data agenda, including the development of a Data Marketplace.
• Contribute to the data strategy for a significant merger, influencing the success of the combined entity.
