Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting expertise and leadership experience in Group Finance within a large international organization.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and Group reporting, with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Master’s degree in Finance, preferably in Business Administration and Auditing.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction for Group Financial Controlling, including policies and governance.
• Ensure a consistent controlling framework with transparent and IFRS-compliant reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including Group consolidation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex accounting and controlling matters.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of financial processes.
• Provide financial insights and communicate key risks to senior management.
