Job summary

This leadership position focuses on shaping the strategic direction of Group Financial Controlling, ensuring compliance and high-quality financial reporting within a global organization. The role involves leading a team and collaborating with senior stakeholders across various finance functions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, preferably in Business Administration and Auditing.
• 7–10 years of experience in financial controlling, with a strong accounting foundation.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and Group reporting.
• Experience in a similar role within a large international organization, ideally with a background in audit.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction for Group Financial Controlling, including policies and governance.
• Ensure a consistent controlling framework with transparent and IFRS-compliant reporting.
• Lead and develop a high-performing controlling team.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including Group consolidation.
• Partner with key stakeholders to resolve complex accounting matters.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes, exploring new technologies.
• Support senior management with financial insights and communication of key risks.
