Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Retail Operations and labor management.
• Background in retail, fashion, beauty, or customer-facing industries.
• Strong understanding of store operations and labor productivity drivers.
• Proven leadership experience in complex organizations.
• Familiarity with international and matrix environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with workforce management platforms; knowledge of Dayforce is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global labor strategy to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Collaborate with Digital & Technology and Data & Analytics teams to improve workforce management tools.
• Drive labor budgeting processes in partnership with Finance, HR, and local teams.
• Utilize data insights to boost workforce productivity and store performance.
• Establish global standards, processes, policies, and KPIs for workforce management.
• Coach local teams to adopt best practices in workforce management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and explore new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and management policies across markets.
