Job summary

The role involves shaping the global labor strategy for a major jewelry brand, focusing on workforce management to enhance store operations and customer service. The position is based at the global headquarters in Copenhagen and requires collaboration with various senior stakeholders across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Retail Operations and labor management.
• Background in retail, fashion, beauty, or customer-facing industries.
• Strong understanding of store operations and labor productivity drivers.
• Experience in leading teams and managing change in complex organizations.
• Familiarity with international and matrix environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with workforce management platforms; knowledge of Dayforce is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global labor strategy to enhance productivity and sales growth.
• Collaborate with Digital & Technology and Data & Analytics to improve workforce management tools.
• Drive labor budgeting processes in partnership with Finance, HR, and local teams.
• Use data insights to enhance workforce productivity and store performance.
• Establish global standards, processes, policies, and KPIs for workforce management.
• Coach local teams to adopt best practices in workforce management.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and leverage new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and management policies.

Education

• Relevant educational background in a related field is preferred.
