Job summary

In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee a team responsible for consultative Professional Services selling across Europe and Asia, focusing on enhancing the Professional Services business. Your efforts will aim to align customer needs with services proposals, ensuring a quicker time to value for clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing or delivering work within Professional Services or Customer Success environments.
  • Background in supporting Professional Services sales, including consultative selling and customer-facing solution discussions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Account Executives and other go-to-market partners.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based business models in SaaS and on-premises contexts.
  • Experience coaching teams through complex negotiations and structured deal execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Engagement Managers focused on Professional Services sales in your region.
  • Maintain accountability for regional Professional Services bookings and provide accurate weekly forecasts.
  • Coach team members on pipeline generation, opportunity prioritization, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leaders to align on territory priorities and services strategy.
  • Distribute customer opportunities to ensure balanced coverage across the team.
  • Develop strategic proposals that integrate the Engagement Manager team with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Partner with Professional Services Delivery and Product teams to establish common estimation patterns and proposal standards.
  • Enhance the Professional Services sales process to improve service positioning and consistency in selling practices.

Skills

  • Strong communication and accountability skills for guiding distributed teams.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and staying updated with product releases.
  • Openness to candidates with transferable experience from related services or revenue-focused leadership roles.

Education

  • Relevant experience in Professional Services or Customer Success roles is preferred.
