Senior Manager, Construction (Copenhagen)

Job summary

A highly motivated and experienced individual is sought to lead the construction team in Copenhagen, focusing on driving construction activities and tender campaigns for local projects, particularly a large EPCM green hydrogen pipeline project lasting until the end of 2030.

Qualifications

• Several years of management experience in the Engineering Construction Industry
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
• Methodical work ethic with a focus on consistency
• Familiarity with Project Management Systems and extensive knowledge of construction practices
• Personnel management experience
• Attention to detail and high accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrable experience in a senior construction management role
• Commitment to developing team members through training
• Proven HSSE leadership in managing onshore projects

Responsibilities

• Implement Company HSE Policy & Plan for the project
• Ensure safe and efficient delivery of construction activities per project schedule
• Develop Construction Execution Planning during the Engineering phase
• Engage with Project Management, Engineering, and Clients for constructability and planning
• Mobilize and de-mobilize resources to meet schedule requirements
• Organize and manage the construction team
• Audit and review construction processes and implement recommendations
• Ensure compliance with Management of Change throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive the delivery model ensuring construction input in design
• Develop the Construction Schedule with the Construction Planner
• Review Contractor Schedules
