• Practical understanding of AI, GenAI, data, and analytics concepts; technical development skills are not required but collaboration with technical teams is essential.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across various teams including commercial, medical, digital, and compliance.
• Structured and pragmatic approach to work, with the ability to provide clarity and recommendations in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape AI opportunities with business stakeholders across global functions.
• Translate business needs into AI use cases, pilots, and solution requirements.
• Lead AI pilots through design, testing, validation, and adoption planning.
• Collaborate with DevOps and functional teams to turn successful pilots into stable solutions.
• Stay informed about emerging AI opportunities and apply them to commercial contexts.
• Communicate effectively to build confidence in AI initiatives and involve users early in the process.
