Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement leadership development strategies and scalable learning solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the capacity to influence in a global context.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the global Leadership Development strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Strengthen the Enterprise Leadership foundation and prioritize leadership capabilities.
  • Design and scale impactful leadership development offerings across various levels and regions.
  • Drive modern development approaches, including blended learning methodologies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on leadership development topics.
  • Utilize data and insights to measure success and enhance outcomes continuously.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with leadership frameworks, executive facilitation, and behavioral change initiatives is advantageous.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Experience with modern learning technologies and methodologies.
