Qualifications

  • Legal degree (Cand.Jur) and lawyer qualification required.
  • Experience with Industry Collective Agreements is a plus.
  • Background in an employer organization or large corporate environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a legal advisor on complex employment law and employee relations issues.
  • Manage and assess complex employee cases independently, including negotiations.
  • Provide legal assessments and business-oriented recommendations.
  • Support post-merger integration and harmonization projects.
  • Develop employment law and employee relations standards through training and guidance.
