Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in the energy sector, including 5 years in go-to-market, strategy, or business development roles within strategic consulting or product-led technology firms.
• Proven track record of successfully launching technology products with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Expert knowledge in subsurface intelligence, industrial AI, energy trading, and grid resilience, along with familiarity with industry standards in EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI vision-setting discussions with top energy accounts, advising executives on strategic adoption.
• Oversee the execution of go-to-market strategies across various energy sectors, driving pipeline growth and customer adoption.
• Foster alignment among sales, engineering, marketing, and product teams to convert market opportunities into revenue.
• Produce thought leadership content and conduct market analysis to refine industry strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Travel regularly for customer meetings and industry events.
