Senior Incident Response Security Consultant

Job summary

In this role, you will deliver top-tier incident response services, including assessment, transformation, managed detection, and training. Your focus will be on helping organizations detect and respond to threats effectively, minimizing business risk before, during, and after incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in end-to-end incident response investigations, analysis, or containment actions.
• 5 years of investigative experience in network forensics, malware triage analysis, cloud forensics, or disk and memory forensics.
• Fluent in English for effective communication with internal partners and customer teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

• Work collaboratively with internal and customer teams to investigate and contain security incidents.
• Identify and document attacker Tools, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) for application in ongoing and future investigations.
• Perform host forensics, network forensics, log analysis, and malware triage to support incident response efforts.
• Certifications in cloud platforms.
• Experience in security competitions or testing platforms such as Capture the Flags (CTFs), Hack the Box, TryHackMe, or Overthewire.
• Strong communication skills for conveying investigative findings and strategies to technical staff, executive leadership, legal counsel, and clients.
• Excellent time and project management abilities.
