Qualifications

• Degree in finance (e.g., cand.merc.aud. or HD-R)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a controller in an international setting or significant audit experience at a large accounting firm
• Strong background in group accounts and financial management

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end financial close processes, including consolidation of financial statements and coordination of annual audits
• Prepare and maintain intercompany pricing and documentation, along with reconciliation of intercompany balances
• Participate in the implementation of a new group ERP system, including data cleansing and local roll-out
• Conduct commercial analyses to support management decisions, including margin analyses and business cases
• Prepare and optimize financial reporting for management, the board, and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Develop and implement internal controls to enhance quality and minimize errors across the group
