Senior FP&A & Data Analyst

Job summary

The role involves joining a Group FP&A team to enhance decision-making support across a European SaaS business. The position focuses on commercial FP&A, business partnering, and data analytics to drive forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in FP&A, business controlling, or commercial finance within a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
• Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven ability to build financial models and translate business drivers into forecasting and planning.
• Experience with modern analytics and reporting platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex analyses to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning models for key financial metrics.
• Create scalable reporting solutions and dashboards using BI tools to enhance decision-making.
• Drive automation of Finance processes through modern analytics and AI tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Data teams to improve data governance and process alignment.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and modernization using emerging technologies.
• Prepare insightful materials for executive leadership and investor reporting.
• Challenge existing processes and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
