Senior FP&A Analyst

Job summary

This role involves providing financial insights and direction for a leading footwear brand, focusing on financial planning and analysis. The position is integral to the Group FP&A team, influencing decisions at the highest levels of management.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business controlling, financial analysis, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in handling complex datasets and financial models.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, or Anaplan is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses in a clear manner to non-financial executives.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow, to identify performance trends and opportunities.
• Lead monthly forecasting cycles and provide projections for up to 24 months ahead.
• Own forecasting assumptions and deliver clear narratives to Group management.
• Monitor Group initiatives and provide insights for performance management.
• Translate business activities into financial impacts and conduct scenario modeling for decision-making.

Education

• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Tools
