Job summary

The Senior Finance Manager will act as a strategic finance partner within the Manufacturing sector, specifically supporting the Billund Moulding & Qualifying organization. This role focuses on providing financial insights and guidance to enhance business performance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience collaborating with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or R&D teams.
• Extensive background in finance business partnering, controlling, or strategic finance roles in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP and leadership team to provide financial guidance and strategic support.
• Drive financial insights into decision-making processes and monitor financial performance.
• Lead strategic planning, financial forecasting, and performance management initiatives.
• Prepare business cases and financial evaluations to inform investment decisions.
• Deliver performance reporting and translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and value creation.
• Foster collaboration across various departments to support equipment investments and future capabilities.
