Job summary

An experienced Senior Finance Manager is needed to oversee financial reporting operations and lead a finance team. This role is crucial for ensuring financial accuracy and supporting profitability and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Significant experience in financial reporting, typically at least seven years
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
• Proven experience in managing and developing finance teams
• Advanced proficiency in financial reporting systems and Excel

Responsibilities

Team Management

• Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP standards
• Manage the financial close process, ensuring deadlines are met and reporting is accurate
• Support hands-on accounting tasks, including general ledger entries and month-end close activities
• Develop and maintain robust financial reporting frameworks and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and industry standards
• Coordinate external audit processes and uphold high financial governance standards
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging AI and emerging technologies
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support business planning and strategic priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
• Manage workload allocation and resource planning for efficient operations
• Conduct performance reviews and support career development planning

Skills
