Senior Finance Business Partner (Pharmaceutical, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves serving as the primary finance advisor to the Leadership Team of Corporate, Portfolio & Product Strategy and Enabling Functions within a global pharmaceutical company. The Senior Finance Business Partner will influence strategic decisions, resource allocation, and enterprise performance through financial insights and performance management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial planning, performance management, or strategic finance roles, preferably in an international context.
• Strong ability to act as a trusted business partner, combining financial expertise with commercial acumen.
• Proven capability to challenge senior leaders constructively and translate complex financial information into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management across Enabling Functions and CPPS, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to the CFO leadership team and senior leaders, supporting strategic decision-making with financial insights.
• Drive financial transparency through clear reporting and insights on performance and resource allocation.
• Deliver analyses and recommendations to senior management to facilitate high-quality decision-making.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives and enhance performance management and reporting using AI and modern analytics.

Education
