Senior Finance Business Partner (On-site, Europe)

Job summary

The role involves partnering with regional leadership and finance teams across Europe to translate financial data into actionable business insights that drive growth and operational excellence. The Senior Finance Business Partner will report directly to the Regional CFO and will be integral in supporting business performance across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in large, international, and matrixed organizations.
• Strong financial modelling, planning, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex financial data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities
