Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Over 5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering and project management.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale cost and performance initiatives.
• Experience in the Shipping or Logistics industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Ocean and Operations leadership to identify and prioritize cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end program governance, performance tracking, and financial impact reporting.
• Ensure alignment and accountability across stakeholders, preparing executive-level materials and updates.
• Foster partnerships within the Ocean business and Finance community to promote continuous improvement.
• Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive environment within the finance leadership team.
