Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Over 5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering and project management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale cost or performance initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience in Shipping or Logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage program governance, performance tracking, and financial impact reporting.
• Ensure alignment and execution across various stakeholders, preparing executive-level materials and updates.
• Foster partnerships within the Ocean business to promote continuous improvement and accountability.
