Job summary

The Senior Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in transforming the Finance function into a strategic partner for the IT & Technology organization. This position involves collaborating with IT&T leaders to drive financial transparency and support informed decision-making regarding investments and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of business operations and value creation.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and challenging assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT&T leaders on budgets, forecasts, and investment decisions.
• Evaluate business cases to ensure technology investments deliver value.
• Monitor CapEx and OpEx expenditures, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop financial reporting and insights to aid decision-making.
• Analyze data to identify trends, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities.
• Enhance financial processes and improve transparency around costs.
• Ensure Finance is involved early in key business decisions.

Education
