Qualifications

  • Proven experience in senior enterprise SaaS sales with a history of exceeding quotas.
  • Familiarity with CX, AI, or digital transformation solutions tailored for enterprise clients.
  • Strong connections within the Pharma or Healthcare industry, particularly with organizations like Novo Nordisk.
  • Executive presence and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex sales environments.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent project management skills to coordinate resources effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within the Digital Experience portfolio.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from opportunity creation to closing deals.
  • Create compelling narratives that align with customer vision and strategy.
  • Utilize customer health data to address adoption challenges and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to establish a clear vision and roadmap for accounts.

Education
