About the role

Job summary

The role involves leading commercial expansion in the Nordic markets by developing the Enterprise market and closing complex deals with major financial institutions.

Qualifications

  • 7 to 10 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech, investment technology, or capital markets infrastructure.
  • Proven success in closing seven-figure software or platform deals with large financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial institutions' operations, portfolio management, and technology.
  • Knowledge of the Nordic regulatory landscape in wealth management and capital markets.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Established network within the Nordic wealth management and asset management sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a new market independently.
  • Experience in pipeline generation and market development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the Nordic Enterprise market from the outset.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound activities, networking, and direct engagement with leading financial institutions.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from initial meetings to closing deals.
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders in operations, technology, and executive leadership.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and within the Nordic wealth and asset management ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product, and marketing teams to refine market positioning and messaging.
  • Contribute to demand generation through partnerships, events, and targeted outreach.
  • Create strategic account plans for leading asset managers, private banks, and wealth managers.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
