The Engineering Management System Lead Professional will develop, maintain, and enhance the Engineering Management System within the engineering organization. This role involves integrating management system components, standards, governance, and digital solutions to support effective engineering delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
• Proven track record in delivering management systems or quality management systems.
• Expertise in process management and standardization frameworks.
• Experience in developing standards, documentation, and governance frameworks.
• Proficient in SharePoint administration and knowledge management platforms.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira.
• Ability to create dashboards and analytics using Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage standards, templates, and documentation.
