Responsibilities

  • Coach and motivate the field sales team for optimal performance
  • Strategically plan and assign accounts to scale and develop territories
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure successful events and manage attendance
  • Oversee the sales cycle execution, including effective proof of concepts and partner alignment
  • Ensure customer success through strategic account planning and engagement with advisory services
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings with regional leadership
  • Build a regional partner network with key ecosystem partners
