Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on product sales and navigate complex legal negotiations
  • Hire and develop a successful sales team
  • Coach and motivate field sales personnel
  • Strategically plan and assign accounts to scale territories
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure successful event attendance
  • Manage the sales cycle effectively, including POC and partner alignment
  • Ensure customer success through strategic account planning and engagement
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings with regional leadership
  • Develop a regional partner network with key ecosystem partners

Education
