Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior leaders and EMT members as a trusted advisor.
• Manage financial insights related to milk pricing and governance.
• Lead performance management initiatives across functional areas.
• Translate sustainability and farmer data into actionable business insights.
• Oversee financial criteria in S&OP and trading decisions within Global Trade & Planning.
• Present financial insights to Boards and farmer forums.
