About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading direct sales efforts for AI-driven video intelligence solutions, focusing on public and private sector clients in the Nordic region. The position requires a blend of strategic sales, solution deployment oversight, and customer success management, ensuring compliance with legal standards such as GDPR.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in complex B2B sales, particularly with on-premise or hybrid technology deployments.
  • Proven track record in selling to municipalities and navigating public procurement processes.
  • Strong understanding of legal and compliance issues related to sales and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in at least one Nordic language preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales initiatives with public and private sector clients, establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Manager to ensure effective execution between clients and integrators.
  • Guide clients through complex deployment processes, ensuring technical feasibility and clarity in contracts.
  • Provide support during pilot phases and project launches, both remotely and on-site.
  • Translate client needs into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and privacy standards, particularly regarding data protection.
  • Foster solution adoption and client satisfaction through strategic account management.

Skills

  • Strong ability to connect business, technology, and operational aspects to enhance solution performance.
  • Autonomous and proactive in managing client relationships and expectations.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with sales and project management tools, as well as compliance frameworks related to GDPR.
