Senior Demand and Product Planner

Job summary

This role involves managing the product demand planning process within a dynamic, cross-functional organization, ensuring a reliable demand plan that supports high-quality nutrition globally.

Qualifications

• Relevant BSc or MSc degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or commercial/customer analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the implementation of product assortment.
• Lead monthly forecasting cycles and contribute to the demand process.
• Develop scenario planning and analysis to assess demand volatility.
• Monitor demand performance and drive continuous improvement on forecast KPIs.
• Act as key user for demand planning dashboard in Power BI and drive product/process optimization projects.
• Facilitate product assortment meetings to ensure alignment across the value chain.
• Maintain and optimize demand planning master data in systems.

Skills

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP or similar, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of forecasting methods and statistics applicable in a business context.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders.
• Ability to bridge business needs with IT/system solutions.
