Senior Data Analyst (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making within a blockchain ecosystem. The position focuses on on-chain analytics, business research, and product intelligence to support various teams in shaping growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in crypto/Web3 or fintech.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with on-chain analytics platforms like Dune Analytics or Flipside Crypto.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
• Solid understanding of DeFi mechanics, including AMMs and tokenomics.
• Ability to interpret smart contract interactions and wallet-level data.
• Excellent written communication skills for producing analytical reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze on-chain data to track metrics such as TVL and DEX volume.
• Profile key ecosystem participants and identify behavioral patterns.
• Monitor competitive chains and user migration trends.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of various business models within the ecosystem.
• Define and track KPIs for key product areas.
• Build and maintain dashboards for internal and public reporting.
• Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on DeFi and blockchain technologies.
• Experience with dashboard tools like Grafana or Tableau is a plus.

Education

• Relevant degree in a quantitative field is preferred but not specified.
