Senior Cyber & Tech PI Underwriter (Stockholm or Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves managing a Cyber & Tech PI portfolio, focusing on profitable growth and building relationships with customers and brokers. The position requires strong technical expertise and commercial judgment to shape the underwriting strategy and optimize the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Cyber and/or Tech PI underwriter or broker with a proven track record of profitable growth.
• In-depth knowledge of Cyber and/or Tech PI risks, controls, insurance wording, and market trends.
• Strong technical underwriting skills and commitment to risk quality and governance.
• Business acumen with the ability to analyze financial data and support portfolio performance.
• Experience adapting strategies across various market cycles.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C2 level); proficiency in Swedish or another Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cyber & Tech PI underwriting plan, focusing on risk selection, pricing, and portfolio optimization.
• Mentor colleagues and collaborate with management on underwriting strategy.
• Work closely with customers, brokers, and internal teams, including Claims and Actuarial.
