Job summary

This role involves driving revenue acquisition and expansion through value-based consultations and demonstrations for a global employment solutions platform. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will partner with complex and enterprise clients to address their business goals and requirements, while also enhancing the Customer Success capabilities within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior/Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
  • Ability to manage complex clients with over 50 employees independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrating leadership and confidence in customer interactions.
  • Functional knowledge of the company's services and platforms.
  • Experience building relationships with senior executives in enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer objectives and create a strategic success plan with measurable KPIs.
  • Manage the entire customer journey, focusing on retention and expansion.
  • Identify and manage upselling and cross-selling initiatives, including product promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success plans.
  • Engage with customer stakeholders to build strong relationships.
  • Stay informed about market trends and act as an advocate for the company's offerings.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical and business requirements.
  • Experience in a global organization or startup environment is preferred.

Education

  • Relevant experience in customer success or account management roles.

Tools

  • Familiarity with customer success platforms and CRM tools is beneficial.
