Job summary

This role focuses on leading customer retention, expansion, and new business development across the EMEA region. The Senior Customer Success Manager will manage strategic accounts, build relationships, and drive revenue growth through both existing and new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in account management, business development, enterprise sales, or customer success.
  • Proven track record in managing complex B2B accounts and generating new business.
  • Experience working across diverse countries and cultures in the EMEA region.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across EMEA.
  • Develop account plans to identify retention risks and growth opportunities.
  • Pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts and generate new sales leads.
  • Collaborate with delivery and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account health.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address risks and escalations.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies and build market awareness through networking and engagement.

Skills

  • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling and value-based account planning.
  • Ability to operate independently while coordinating with global teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
