Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure vessels are adequately manned in compliance with flag requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate long-term planning for senior officers and manage crew rotations.
• Facilitate timely and efficient crew changes.
• Promote seafarer engagement and strengthen connections between ship and shore.
• Execute crew operations cost-effectively and maintain accurate personnel data.
• Collaborate with Fleet Groups to address vessel-specific needs.
• Support performance evaluations, promotions, and training recommendations for crew.
