Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent development within a complex, global organization.
  • Strong background in managing development programs end-to-end, including vendor and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable development solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities and analytical mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve a comprehensive talent development ecosystem from early careers to senior leadership.
  • Own and lead global early career and high-potential development programs.
  • Identify and manage additional development initiatives within the ecosystem.
  • Shape participant and stakeholder experiences, acting as an ambassador for talent programs.
  • Oversee program management components, including budget and vendor management.
  • Partner with team members to align programs with broader talent strategies.
  • Continuously reinvent programs based on business strategy and stakeholder feedback.
  • Advise HR Business Partners on talent development needs.
  • Contribute to broader talent management initiatives as needed.

Skills

  • Strong presence and energy to lead programs and engage stakeholders.
  • Ability to use data and insights for program design and improvement.
  • Experience with digital and AI-enabled tools for talent development.
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in talent development trends.

Education

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
