Job summary

This role involves taking full ownership of global talent development programs aimed at enhancing performance and creating robust talent pipelines within the organization. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to design and manage impactful talent initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent development within a complex, global organization.
  • Strong background in managing development programs from inception to delivery, including vendor and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into effective development solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities and analytical mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve a comprehensive talent development ecosystem from early careers to senior leadership.
  • Lead global early career and high-potential development programs, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Manage various development initiatives, including talent rotation and specialist pipeline programs.
  • Shape high-quality experiences for participants and stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for talent programs.
  • Oversee program management components, including budget and vendor management, and track success metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to align programs with broader talent and leadership strategies.
  • Continuously adapt programs based on business strategy and stakeholder feedback.
  • Advise HR Business Partners on talent development needs and integration into broader strategies.

Skills

  • Strong presence and energy to lead programs and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to use data and insights for program design and effectiveness assessment.
  • Experience with digital and AI-enabled tools for enhancing talent development solutions.
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in talent development trends.

Education

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

  • Familiarity with digital tools and AI solutions for learning and talent development.
