Job summary

An experienced Lead Scheduler is sought to oversee scheduling for large-scale construction projects, particularly in sectors such as Data Centres, Pharmaceuticals, and Oil & Gas. The role involves managing schedules, analyzing impacts, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, particularly in complex construction projects.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Strong experience in coordinating multiple schedule performance data sources into a master schedule.
  • Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onsite scheduling team to review and validate internal and contractor schedules.
  • Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure for projects.
  • Assess contractor extension of time claims and prepare defense reports.
  • Analyze critical paths and constraints affecting project schedules.
  • Prepare micro-management schedules for critical work elements.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction.
