This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the COO, supporting various functions including Finance, Operations, and Marketing. The role involves both recurring tasks and strategic projects, providing exposure to leadership discussions and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
  • Lead optimisation and automation projects, focusing on AI-driven improvements.
  • Create dashboards and analyses to provide actionable business insights.
  • Support marketing campaigns and track performance metrics.
  • Enhance internal workflows across different functions.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for leadership meetings.
  • Independently manage smaller operational initiatives.

Qualifications

Practical

  • Currently studying Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with a quick learning ability for new tools.
  • Analytical skills to derive clear conclusions from complex data.
  • Ability to work independently and ask insightful questions when needed.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Part-time role requiring 15–20 hours per week.
  • Based in Copenhagen with a hybrid work setup, flexible around academic commitments.
  • Immediate start preferred, with flexibility on the start date.
