Product Manager (Retail Planning, On-site)

Job summary

This role involves leading the development of integrated digital planning capabilities focused on Allocation and Replenishment within a retail context. The position is a 12-month contract aimed at enhancing inventory management and operational efficiency during a transformative period.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Management, ideally in enterprise, retail, supply chain, or inventory sectors.
• Background in Retail Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Allocation & Replenishment.
• Familiarity with planning platforms like o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or Kinaxis.
• Proven experience in business transformation and process improvement.
• Experience in global organizations with diverse stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Allocation & Replenishment product area to enhance inventory allocation and stock availability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product priorities and outcomes.
• Work with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to deliver impactful product increments.
• Manage product discovery, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Ensure successful delivery by managing dependencies across various business processes.
• Facilitate user adoption by engaging with stakeholders throughout the delivery process.
• Utilize data and user insights to enhance inventory productivity and operational efficiency.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
