Digital Building Project Manager

Job summary

This role involves leading and managing strategic Digital Buildings projects across Europe, ensuring operational excellence and a consistent customer experience. The position requires significant travel and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver large-scale projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in an international and matrix organization.
• Experience with complex building automation, Digital Buildings, Data Center, or industrial automation projects.
• Strong track record of managing large-scale customer projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of Digital Buildings projects across Europe.
• Act as the primary coordination point among customers, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure consistent project execution standards and documentation.
• Monitor project performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Resolve project escalations while maintaining customer relationships.
• Support local teams during critical project phases.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments.
• Implement project governance and reporting processes.
• Coach local Project Managers to enhance project management maturity.
